The Nocarta desktop application ships its own complete notices file: open Help → Third-Party Notices in the app, or read THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt next to the application binary.
The full text of each license is available from the linked project. The MIT, ISC, BSD-3-Clause and Apache-2.0 licenses require that these copyright notices be preserved; nothing else is required of you as a user.
