End-User Display: Your Form, In Their Words

When someone fills your form, they think of it as their document — "my insurance card", "my enrollment form" — not as a template with internal names. End-User Display lets you, the form's publisher, control what those people see afterwards: a quick-access card on their dashboard and a personal list of everything they filled, described in your words and carrying your logo.

What the person filling your form gets

A dashboard card — after they fill your form, a card appears at the top of their dashboard for a period you choose (24 hours by default). It shows your logo, your description, how many entries they have, and a one-tap way back to their latest entry.
A personal list of their entries — a page showing only their entries of your form, with the field values you chose as columns, a search box that matches the fields you selected, and the ordering and page size you set.

Setting it up

Open your form's page under Forms and choose End-User Display in the Advanced tools.
Turn on Show a quick-access card on the dashboard.
Write a card description in the words your audience uses ("Your 2026 enrollment form"), not internal naming. If you leave it blank, the form's name is used.
Optionally upload a logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB) and pick its layout: a small square next to the description, or a wide banner with no text.
Choose how long the card stays after their latest entry (1–168 hours).
Pick up to 6 fields to show on each entry of their list, and up to 4 fields their search box should match.
Set the default ordering and entries per page, then save.

Good to know

The card only appears for people who have their own recent entries of your form — it never shows your data to anyone else.
Entry contents are encrypted; searching inside field values works on lists up to a few hundred entries, and falls back to name matching beyond that (the person sees a hint when that happens).
If you later delete a field that was selected as a column, it simply disappears from the list — nothing breaks.
